Keto Sesame Ball (makes 5)
We will be making crispy and chewy keto Chinese sesame balls using only TWO keto ingredients. To my surprise this keto sesame balls get to expand and become hollow just like the non-keto sesame balls! The skin has a chewy texture and crispy exterior coated with very fragrant sesame seeds. When paired with this sugar-free pumpkin filling, it makes a perfect Chinese dessert to be shared with your friends and family.
