Keto Mooncake Recipe
Today I will be sharing a very classic mooncake recipe using all keto ingredients. I will also show you what I use to substitute the high-carb lotus paste without changing the texture. The skin and filling is also eggless and totally vegan too.

- 2 g xanthan gum
- ¼ tsp salt
- 35 g coconut flour
- 15 g erythritol
- 25 g butter
- 25 g water
