Keto Japanese Mochi Cookies
Hello everyone, this is Toian Today I made keto mochi soft cookies The combination of mochi and cookies is really addictive!
Ingredients
Mochi
- 5 g coconut flour
- 4 g Psyllium husk powder
- 90 g water
- 10 g erythritol
Cookies
- 80 g almond flour
- 20 g coconut flour
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 40 g whipping cream
- 30 g erythritol
- 50 g butter
Notes
OVEN:190 degrees for 12 minutes
I use 40L oven
***It tastes better when refrigerated!
