Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 tbsp tomato meat sauce
- 100-120 g mozarella cheese
- 1/8 tsp salt
- parmesan cheese
- fresh basil leaves - garnish
Instructions
- Whisk egg white for about 3 minutes or until firm peak
- Transfer the meringue to baking tray.
- Shape the meringue crust round preferably to make a hollow in the middle
- Bake at pre-heated oven at 165C for 25 mins
- Transfer the pizza crust out again to spread on tomato meat sauce
- Then put the 1st egg yolk in the middle of crust
- Next add the Mozzarella cheese to cover the crust.
- Leave space or a hollow to add the 2nd yolk in the middle
