Whisk egg white for about 3 minutes or until firm peak
Transfer the meringue to baking tray.
Shape the meringue crust round preferably to make a hollow in the middle
Bake at pre-heated oven at 165C for 25 mins
Transfer the pizza crust out again to spread on tomato meat sauce
Then put the 1st egg yolk in the middle of crust
Next add the Mozzarella cheese to cover the crust.
Leave space or a hollow to add the 2nd yolk in the middle
