Keto Chicken Glutinous Rice
This low-carb chicken steamed glutinous rice is probably my most favorite keto savory recipe. It is easy to make and tastes super good. And at the same time I get to increase my vegetable intake. Hope you will like it as much as I do.
- 400 g cauliflower
- 8 g psyllium husk
- 3 tbs liquid aminos
- 1 tsp erythritol
- ¼ tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tbs garlic
- ¼ tsp ginger powder
- 200 g chicken thigh
- 2 tbs liquid aminos
- 2 tbs cooking wine
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- ½ tsp xanthan gum
