Keto Chewy Chocolate Fudge Cookies

This chewy chocolate cookies sandwich is keto-friendly and gluten-free.
- No bake. 5 minutes chocolate fudge.
- Gluten free.
- Soft and chewy.
- Can be used as keto fat bomb.
- Room temperature stable. It stays in shape and will not melt even when you leave it at the counter for days. If you like to enjoy a soft and chewy fudge, this is the one.
- If you like it to be harden a little and served cold, just pop it into the fridge and it will be equally delicious.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more sweetener.

Ingredients
  

  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 30 g powdered allulose
  • 30 g unsweetened peanut butter
  • 30 g melted butter
  • 2 g stevia extract (optional)
  • 30 ml heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredient together and knead it until if forms a chewy and firm dough.
  • Cut the dough into bit size of choice. You can already enjoy it now as is.
  • To turn the fudge into cookies sandwiches, flatten the small balls and sandwich it in between two cookies.
