Almond Peanut Cinnamon Butter Cookies
A very nice cookies for friends and family during the festival
Ingredients
- 30 g Almond Flour
- 45 g Ground Roasted Peanut
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder optional
- ¼ tsp Xanthan gum
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ beaten egg
- 40 g Softened Salted Butter
- 40 g Erythritol
