Keto Black Sesame Basque

This black sesame cheese cake is simple, delicious and high in calcium nutrition.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 60 g erythritol
  • 50 g sugar free black sesame paste
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 5 g okara powder/coconut flour

Instructions
 

Prerequisite preparations:

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
  • Bring the cream cheese to room temperature (soften)

practice:

  • Stir cream cheese until emulsified and add sugar substitute
  • Add 3 eggs one by one
  • Add unsweetened sesame paste and light cream
  • Stir well and add (bean dregs powder/coconut flour)
    **Tips: sieve for better taste
    **This time I used a 6 inch mold
  • Pad with oiled paper
  • Put in the oven: 220 degrees for 23 minutes
