Caramel Hazelnuts Nuts Cheesecake
Recently I'm researching Korean dessert books and found a nice & delicious caramel cake . I never seem to have made a caramel cake made me do it right away! so i end up making the ketogenic version one.
Nut layer
- 30 g Butter
- 40 g Allulose
- 40 g whipping cream
- 25 g Caramel sauce
- 50 g Hazelnuts
Caramel cheesecake
- 280 g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100 g whipping cream
- 30 g Monk Fruit
- 40 g Caramel sauce
- 5 g coffee powder
