Chinese Recipe: Seafood Soup or Fish Soup – Singapore style
Ingredients for soup base
0.5 kg ikan bilis or dried anchovies
1.5 kg chicken feet
1 spoon of dried sole fish
fish bones (optional)
2 bulbs garlc
20 pieces dried scallops
300ml prawn stock
2 thumb size ginger
1.5 teaspoon white pepper – whole
30g rock sugar
3 ikan bilis stock cube
