Because it is super easy to make and not to mention, it requires only 3 ingredients! You can make them a few days ahead and they can last for 2-3 days in air-tight container on the counter! It’s a great substitute as a sandwich bun. Just spread with butter, put some ham, bacon, cheese or lettuce in between 2 cloud breads and that’s the perfect breakfast!
Today, I’m so excited to share this cloud bread with you. After having this as a sandwich bun for almost a year, I’m going to show you how to turn this simple bread into a Keto Cake/Dessert! So now, you can choose to do it sweet or savoury! In this video, I will also be giving you some tips and pointers so that there will be 0 failure!

KETO CLOUD BREAD
Ingredients
Ingredients for 6 Cloud Breads:
- 3 egg
- 3 tbsp softened cream cheese
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
For Keto Whipped Cream
- 100/100 g/ml heavy cream /whipping cream
- 1 tbsp eryhtritol
Instructions
- Bake at preheated oven 150°c for 30 minutes.
