Keto Bread – Coconut Flour Protein White Bread

Thie keto friendly white bread is loaded with protein and super low carb with just 1.3g net carb. It's easy to bake and won't sink much after bake with the presence of the protein powder. We even slice it horizontally and use it as pizza based

  • Preheat oven to 150°C (302°F)
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg white. Add in sweetener, beat till stiff peak.
  • In another mixing bowl, egg yolks and Greek yogurt. Mix till well combined. Then add in apple cider and mix.
  • Add in whey protein powder, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder and salt. Then whisk with mixer until everything is combined.
  • Add in boiling water. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • . Fold in 1/3 of the egg white meringue and mix well. Then pour the mixture into the remaining egg white meringue and mix well.
  • Pour into bread loaf tin.
  • Bake for 40mins.
  • Cut after it has completely cool down.
