Keto Butter Chicken Indian Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds chicken thigh
  • 1/12 cup full-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 2 medium size yellow onion, peeled, diced
  • 3 tsp ginger paste
  • 4 clover garlic, peeled, minced
  • 2 medium size tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, and diced
  • kosher salt
  • 2/3 cup chicken stock
  • 1/1/2 cup heavy cream
  • cilantro leaves

Instructions
 

  • mix ingredients
  • cover and set in fridge for about 1-12 hours
  • lay chicken in pan
  • lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes
  • simmer and low for additional 5 minutes
