Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large egg
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef, organic grass- fed
- 1/1/2 tsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- mix ingredient
- start kneading with your hands
- form into a ball
- wrap in plastic wrap
- knead for about 2-3 minutes
- rest for 20 minutes
- remove from plastic wrap
- separated into 8 equal ball
- roll into balls
- between two pieces of parchment paper, flatten the balls into thin rounds with a rolling pin
- cook tortillas on a each side for about 5-7 seconds and repeat for each one
