Keto Coffee Cheese Ice Cream no eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 30 g erythritol powder
  • 35 g espresso
  • 5 g coffee wine
  • 200 g whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • First soften the cream cheese at room temperature.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Add espresso and coffee wine
  • Stir well on low speed and add whipping cream.
  • Put in the fridge and ready to serve!
