- 150 g cream cheese
- 30 g erythritol powder
- 35 g espresso
- 5 g coffee wine
- 200 g whipping cream
- First soften the cream cheese at room temperature.

- Stir well on low speed and add whipping cream.
- Put in the fridge and ready to serve!
