Lemon Tea Jelly

Ingredients:

1.   3 black tea bags

2.   450 ml hot water

3.   1 lemon( 90-95g)

4.   10 g powdered Jelly T  Pearl Agar  (Vegetarian edible) (Strict ketogenic diet recommends 10 grams of powdered gelatin, lower in carbohydrates)

5.   60 g monk fruit sweetener (or use 60 g sugar, if you are not keto dieters)

6.   1 Tablespoon salt

7. 700 ml cold water

8. 250 g ice cubes

9. 2 suction bags (capacity 250 ml)

Black Tea Jelly

Ingredients:

1.   3 black tea bags

2.   450 ml hot water
