Ingredients
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 30 g powdered allulose
- 30 g unsweetened peanut butter
- 30 g melted butter
- 2 g stevia extract (optional)
- 30 ml heavy cream
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredient together and knead it until if forms a chewy and firm dough.
- Cut the dough into bit size of choice. You can already enjoy it now as is.
- To turn the fudge into cookies sandwiches, flatten the small balls and sandwich it in between two cookies.
