As its name implies, Bragg Liquid Aminos is a source of amino acids from the soybeans used to make the seasoning. It contains 16 of the 20 amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein. Bragg Liquid Aminos is noted for being free of any genetically modified organisms and is also wheat- and gluten-free.
