I love fried rice and very often I make it with konjac or shirataki rice, Whenever I order take outs online, I will opt for the cauliflower rice option so that I still get to eat low carb. Then it struck me that I have not done a video on cauliflower fried rice. So here it is and I made it fun to have an option to wrap the cauli rice with eggs which is actually called Pattaya fried rice which originates from Thailand. Of course, if you are not a fan of cauliflower rice, you could make these with konjac or shirataki rice.
Some of you have asked what to do with leftover egg yolks from making keto bread so this is a good way to use them. I love using egg yolks for fried rice as they create such a vibrant color.

Healthy Bragg Liquid Aminos 946ml
For over 100 years, Bragg Live Foods Inc. has been producing natural health products. One of these products is a liquid soy seasoning, otherwise known as Liquid Aminos. Made of only soybeans that have not been genetically modified and water, Bragg Liquid Aminos is a natural alternative to conventional soy sauces, without the additional table salt, monosodium glutamate, preservatives or gluten that can be found in many of the soy sauces on the market.
As its name implies, Bragg Liquid Aminos is a source of amino acids from the soybeans used to make the seasoning. It contains 16 of the 20 amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein. The body uses these amino acids for digestion, tissue growth and repair. Nine of the 20 amino acids cannot be produced by the body and need to be consumed through the diet.
Bragg Liquid Aminos is noted for being free of any genetically modified organisms and is also wheat- and gluten-free. This is helpful for those who suffer from gluten intolerance or celiac disease, since many commercial soy sauces contain wheat products and genetically modified soybeans. About 94 percent of the soy used in the United States comes from genetically modified plants. Gluten intolerance is associated with many symptoms, such as nausea, diarrhea, rashes and depression. A 2013 study in the journal “Interdisciplinary Toxicology” suggested herbicides on wheat plants play a role in the higher prevalence of gluten intolerance.
MSG is a common food additive used as a savory flavor enhancer. It is naturally occurring in foods such as meat, fish, dairy and vegetables but is also added to foods, especially Asian-style dishes. While there are no supportive studies, MSG has been linked to adverse health effects such as chest tightness, nausea, sweating and burning sensations. Bragg Liquid Aminos is free of added MSG, which can be found in traditional soy sauces.
The liquid soy seasoning can be used in the same way as traditional soy sauce. It can be used to make salad dressings or drizzled over cooked vegetables for a low-calorie seasoning. Liquid Aminos can also be used as a marinade for meats, fish and tofu or added to stir-fry dishes to add a more savory flavor to a dish.
