Hello friends! Today I’m going to share with you how to make this beautiful and refreshing lemon tart! Excellent for tea time on this hot summer afternoon! Best of all, this is low-carb and keto-friendly! For the tart crust, I’m using the fuss-free, easy method. There is no need to pre-chill the tart skin and roll on to the mold. Ingredients for 9 inch Tart:

(Tart Crust)

• 220g Almond Flour
• 1tbsp Powdered Erythritol (Icing Sugar for Non-keto)
• 80g Butter
• 1 Whole Egg

(Lemon Filling)
• 4 Whole Eggs
• 2 Egg Yolks
• 120g Erythritol (Sugar for Non-keto)
• Zest from 2 lemons
• 120ml Lemon Juice (2 lemons)
• 150ml Heavy or Whipping Cream

• Lemon Slices (2 lemons)
• 1 cup (240ml) Cold Whipping Cream
• 2tbsp Erythritol (Sugar for Non-keto)
