4. 1/4+1/8 teaspoon sea salt
5. 2 teaspoon baking powder
6. 1/2 teaspoon instant Yeast
7. 1/4 teaspoon granulated erythritol ( no calorie sweetener ) or any sweetener of choice
8. 2 large eggs at room temperature
9. 5 tablespoon water
10. seaweed
11. black soybeans, soybeans ,and cashew nut(baked)
