- 75 g almond flour
- 3 g baking powder
- 60 g erythritol (you can increase or decrease it according to your own taste) (this is the sweetness that children like)
- 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder

- 80 g almond flour
- 3 g baking powder
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 50 g granulated erythritol ( no calorie sweetener ) or any sweetener of choice (The amount you add depends on your taste)
- 2 large eggs
- cooked red bean with 1 tsp erythritol stirred well

- 80 g almond flour
- 3 g baking powder
- 50 g granulated erythritol no calorie sweetener ) or any sweetener of choice (The amount you add depends on your taste)
- 1-2 tsp dried instant coffee powder + 1 tsp hot water stirred well
- 3 walnut
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
how to cook red bean
- Let the red bean soak for at least 8 hours.
- . Remove the soaked water, and then pour 500 ml water into the pot. Boil the water with high heat , and then lower the heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the covered pot rest for 20 minutes.
- Pour 500 ml water into the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes with medium-low heat.
- Take 30 g red bean in a bowl, and remove its excess water. Add 1 tsp erythritol, and stir well.
