Ingredients
- 10 g coconut flour
- 7 g psyllium husk powder
- 3 g soy flour
- 20 g erythritol
- 100 g whipping cream
- 55 g sugar-free soy milk / water

- 3:1 Soy Flour + Erythritol
Instructions
- First add all powder materials
- Then add the liquid and stir evenly
- Finally, make an adjustment with soybean flour according to the consistency of the batter
- Basically 3 grams of soy flour is enough, adding soy flour here is just a seasoning
- Steam on medium heat for 6-7 minutes / microwave for 1 minute
